Hatha Yoga is a soft form of Yoga, more indicated for poeple with little physical condition, and that are more concerned by working on their flexibility than their strengh.
The class starts with simple breathing exercise of Pranayama, followed by gentle Sun Salutation.
Mostly sitting postures are practised and the order and the choice of the serie is always different.
Always ending with a 10 mins. of total relaxation of the body, leading to the complete release of muscles, skin and nervous system where the body is completly passive but where the mind stays alert and present. A state of interior calm and peace is achieved, and an access to your inner space becomes possible.
