Hatha Yoga is a soft form of Yoga, more indicated for people with little physical condition, and that are more concerned by working on their flexibility than their strength.
The class starts with simple breathing exercise of Pranayama, followed by gentle Sun Salutation.
Mostly sitting postures are practiced and the order and the choice of the series is always different.
Always ending with a 10 minutes. of total relaxation of the body, leading to the complete release of muscles, skin and nervous system where the body is completely passive but where the mind stays alert and present. A state of interior calm and peace is achieved, and an access to your inner space becomes possible.
