A regular practice of the Asanas* will bring harmony to body and mind and can awake interrest to practice Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation.
After a short series of Asanas*, specifically increasing breathing capacity, the student will learn to raise his awareness of the Here and Now through 10 mn sequences of breathing exercises, done in a sitting position allowing the spine to stay straight.
By repeatedly trying to master the chaotic endless activity of the mind, it gradually becomes still, and place is given for Meditation.
After a short sitting Meditation, the session will end with a total relaxation of the body, lying on the back.
*Asana: Yoga body posture.
