Can Magdale is the absolute ideal venue for a peaceful break. Its green and vast outdoor garden areas are delicious to chill.
Louise is the perfect easy going and caring host. She will look after your well being at every moment.
The delicious meals are cooked by Neil, our talented chef, and you will enjoy his vegetarian and tasty creations. Lunch and dinner are included and a light, help yourself breakfast of fruits and cereal.
Every morning is for you to enjoy 2h lessons, starting with 30 mins of pranayama outside in the fresh air, followed by 90 mins of guided flowing yoga postures.
In the afternoons there is free-time, to go to the beach, visit the village, do a walk in nature in the nearby forest. rest by the pool. Massage is also available at the house and riding nearby in the north of the island
Every evening, a restorative gentle Yoga practice or a Pilates class is provided.
This 4 night retreat is in an exclusive private home, Villa Can Magdale, situated in the north of the island. It has a pool and beautiful gardens that create the perfect opportunity for privacy and relaxation and there is time to explore the island.
Cost for 4 nights all inclusive of vegetarian food and yoga sessions £610 (about 710€) pp for sharing / £790pp (about 920€) for single occupancy. A non-refundable deposit of £100 must be paid to reserve your place with the balance paid in full one month in advance.
The space is limited to 10p, as only 6 double rooms en suite are available.
Opale‘s background in various Yoga schools will promote the thorough study of each posture. She will gently ease you into the practice with breathing exercises and smooth movements to awaken the muscles and joints with preparation throughout the week for tougher poses through core and back strengthening exercises. Opale teaches with a professional and sensitive approach allowing for each individual student to evolve into their practice with fluidity and confidence.
