She is very knowledgeable and everyone in the group was able to go at their own pace and level. She draws on many different forms of yoga practice as well as Pilates, no session was the same but at the end of the retreat I felt like my whole body had been realigned. The setting at Yoga Magdale was superb, plenty of space to chill and relax, with delicious food and comfy and very stylish accommodation. It was totally different ( and better) to any other experience I have had. No one telling you to do things that your body pointedly refused to do. Everything g was done at a pace that meant you could breathe as you were meant to because you weren\u2019t constantly trying to keep up !A very interesting introduction to the positive impact of meditation and the power of ohmmmm! Our bodies felt so much more relaxed (and longer) at the end of the week.
