We are mostly limited by our mind. By learning to ease and relax the mind, and initiate movements from our center, we’ll find freedom in the body, allowing us to flow with lightness and joy in the practice. Yoga is not about competing with others or yourself, it isn’t gymnastics, acrobatic or contortionism, it is about tuning in, grounding, and enjoying the inner journey. It is about treating your body like your best friend, with love, kindness, and respect. Simply do your best and letting time do the rest!

About Opale

Opale is passionate about Yoga. Her aim is to bring all 4 bodies (physical, intellectual, emotional & energetic) to work in unity and harmony. In her classes, you will be invited to focus on being present with whatever is there. You will learn with clarity and simplicity the tools of centering, grounding, accepting, softening and smiling. You will enhance the fluidity, lightness, and grace in your practice, whilst getting at the same time more stability, integrity, and confidence.
By being more kind, playful, curious and creative, you will encounter more freedom, trust, balance, and courage. Potentials and transformation become accessible.
