Holy Mama retreat Ibiza
HolyMama retreats include daily yoga lessons, meditation, accommodation, meals prepared by great cooks, snacks, daily childcare and a beauty treatment such as a pedicure or facial. It is an ‘all-inclusive’ holiday for mother and their child. Finally, it is a retreat where you can bring children and babies.
As motherhood involves constant giving, on this retreat you have the possibility to recharge. You’ll be supported by the team, looked after and nurtured with organic and well-balanced meals. Every morning is for you to enjoy yoga, brunch with other mums, massages, treatments, a one-to-one consultation and time alone in order to reconnect with your true self. In the afternoons there is free-time, to go to the beach, visit the village, do a walk in nature, rest by the pool, and of course, spending precious hours with your child.
You are welcome on this retreat with your baby, toddler or child. We also have limited space for mothers with more than one child. Every childcare lady is assigned with two children and educated in Waldorf and Montessori. (There is the option of having a one-on-one care if you prefer). The team is multi-lingual and amazing.
Opale‘s background in various Yoga schools will promote the thorough study of each posture. She will gently ease you into the practice with breathing exercises and smooth movements to awaken the muscles and joints with preparation throughout the week for tougher poses through core and back strengthening exercises. Opale teaches with a professional and sensitive approach allowing for each individual student to evolve into their practice with fluidity and confidence.
